"Pretty disappointed in today's transaction. I've been taking my dress shirts for the past 3 months. Their rate is $4.50 per laundered shirt (which is the highest I've ever paid anywhere) and I picked up my 8 shirts. I was advised that the total was almost 53 dollars. My first response was WOW!!! .... have you raised your prices even higher? I was told by the attendant that I had some shirts that needed to be "dry cleaned" instead of laundered because of the material and special instructions on the label. Did these labels just magically appear during the other 7-8 visits to your location??? You have my phone number on file, how about a call first to see if I was in agreement of your new cleaning method and pricing??? What an awful way to conduct business. Unethical"

"I have been looking for a decent dry cleaner for my tailored dress shirts. I’ll be scratching Red Hanger in Kaysville off the list. Not impressed. Time to get out the ironing board :("
