"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Sloppy, disorganized, and unprofessional. They did not return emails, they did not return phone calls, and the front office staff was uninformed and unhelpful. We did all the demolition on our roof ourselves and they still insisted that it would take 2 days for our 1100 square foot house to be reroofed. They miscommunicated with their supplier and shingles were not delivered till halfway through the first day. They left middle of the second day with no updates for us. They left tools and garbage on the roof and when it started to snow that night, my husband went up and FINISHED THE ROOF HIMSELF! A couple weeks later, one guy came back and re-finished it. A week later, a guy took pictures to submit to the city. We paid half down and were never billed again! My husband finally called THEM to pay the balance. Now, 5 months later, we just received notice of a LIEN ON OUR PROPERTY for the unpaid balance!?! Again, no communication from them regarding any of the work, their schedule, or billing. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!"

"While Titan did take care of my water damage as quickly as they could, they did not do all the work they billed my insurance for. They completely overcharged me for painting & when I questioned it I was told they would make it right by doing my flooring for free. When I didn’t like any of their flooring or didn’t want to wait until the end of the year for it to be done & just asked for the overpayment to be given back to me, they added new charges to bring the balance up to what I already paid. Their contractor they hired didn’t finish all the work & took the paint with him so his worker he sent back to finish it, he couldn’t do it either. I am left with a piece of sheet rock with no texture (to match my walls) & no paint on it, plus some baseboard not installed. They don’t return phone calls, texts or emails. I’m not sure if they just didn’t want to admit they overcharged me, or the fact that I didn’t accept the project managers advances, but they refuse to even give me a receipt for what I paid. Now I have to hire someone else to finish the job they didn’t do & pay the difference out of my pocket. If you use them, make sure you pay close attention to the invoices before giving them any money & don’t let them know your single!"
