"First time using the service and it was excellent! Only 1 day and I had my clothes clean and folded, ready to simply put away! It notifies you about collection charges, payment and everything, all is very clear! Just a small detail, be patient when calling and scheduling, they take a while to answer or leave you hanging on the phone."

"This week we trialed service from Nebo Laundry for our laundry including pickup, wash/dry/fold, and delivery service for 1 week worth of laundry for our family of 4! We sent 4 kitchen sized trash bags that are pictured-3 bags were clothes, the other bag was towels. The cost is based on price per pound of laundry. The cost for our 4 bags of laundry was $56 + tip. The clear bags pictured are our clean and folded laundry as it was returned to us! Everything in the process was seamless! We submitted an order online, they showed up to pick up our laundry on the date and time frame we scheduled it for, and they returned our clothes 24 hours later during the dropoff time we selected. Nebo Laundry also sent text and email updates throughout the process to keep us informed which I really appreciated! During the ordering process there were also options to choose wash and dry settings, the type of laundry detergent, and they type of fabric softener. (We personally don't use fabric softener so I asked to not have softener used in the comments). Having all of our clothes returned to us cleaned and folded 24 hours later, without having to do any work except bagging the clothes, was a huge blessing for our family! I also appreciated how friendly and responsive Brittinee was when I had questions. When she picked up our dirty laundry she remembered personal details that I had mentioned in passing while I was talking with her about the process over a week before our pickup date! All this to say, everything about the process and service went smoothly and though I may not do this every week, I will definitely use the service again especially during busy weeks or seasons. I think this would also make a great gift to families facing hard times, overwhelming seasons, or even those adding a new baby to their family! I am writing this review based on an offer to provide feedback in exchange for a free trial service but is my honest review! I have already recommended this service to several friends and will continue to do so."

"So grateful for the pick up and drop off service. Just moved to a basement apartment in Spanish Fork without a washer and dryer. It was so easy to sign up online, add preferences, schedule pick up and drop off, and pay. My laundry smells awesome! I am mostly impressed by the friendly, good service. Fluffing awesome!! Highly recommend."
