"After a Positive Covid test in March I paid for a Antibody test to be conducted in April. After paying I was sent to an address.. A Ryder truck parked behind an assisted living center. The nurse open the Vacutainer Eclipse Needle and set it down on the back of the truck to tourniquet my arm, then reach for the needle. I had to instruct them that they were not using that dirty needle and requested a new one to be opened. After the results were available, the doctors “Patient Visit” records were completely incorrect, stating symptoms and illness that were not true. Now 7 months later I am still attempting to contact them for a receipt suitable for reimbursement from our insurance. I have made 2 dozen calls/Emails over the last 2 months, without a single return call."
