"I went to pick up my dry cleaning, and noticed it was a little heavy and stiff. When I got home I noticed the coat I had cleaned was so stiff as a board, that when you moved the sleeve it cracked. So not exaggerating. I went back in and showed them. They told me that there was nothing they could do. I asked for a manager, but they refused. They wouldn't even give me my money back. How can they not do anything when they could clearly see that they screwed up. I will never step foot in there again."
