"The guys were nice don’t get me wrong, my only criticism is they charged us over 400.00$ and 2 weeks later our carpets are still sticky. Now I did make the mistake of texting the guy in middle of the night after a late night of working but that was only cause I didn’t get a call back. They responded a week later and wanted to come test our carpets and went on some spill about how we took to long to report even though it took them a week to respond. When on the phone with the owner explaining we decided to go a different route and didn’t want them to come back he hung up on me. Clearly they aren’t professional I don’t recommend going to them unless you like overpriced sticky carpet cleaning."
