"Called and set up an appointment for an emergency repair for a leak in my parents foundation. They agreed to come out the following day to look at it at 10 am. Waited until 2 pm with no call and no visit. Called to find out what the issue was. They told me they had accidentally double booked themselves for the same time but they would have a project manager call me right back to reschedule a visit. It’s now Thursday and no return call or no response. Unprofessional. Don’t count on them if you have an emergency."

"Brandon was the first contact I had with this company and he was most assuring and made me feel immediately that things would be taken care of swiftly and appropriately.For sure that is what you really want to hear because your in a panic when you realize you basement bedroom and surrounding area are under water. So as things progressed and various workers came to do what was needed to proceed forward I really felt so comfortable with each and everyone of the young workers (well younger than me....I'm 82) Hayden, Matt,Anthony,Dylan,Logan, JJ, Mali all came on different occasions and were so great to work with and even helped in extra ways that I was unable to accomplish myself. I so appreciated each one of them for being so careful and dedicated to their work.Plus so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this company and have enjoyed working with them.We are still in the process of getting done with everything but it's been so helpful to work with such great guys. It's made this horrible incident so much easier to bare."
