"We found out there was mold growing in some basement insulation at our rental property in Draper. An exterior faucet had frozen and cracked a pipe that was leaking into the insulation whenever it was used. The plumber didn't want to touch it and I had a contractor out there doing some other work and he didn't want to touch it. Rory from Servpro was out there the day I called and got it all taken care of! He explained everything and was so nice despite the fact that he had to deal with soggy, moldy, and itchy insulation he had to haul up from a basement! Thank you so much Rory!!!"
