"Amazing work from these guys!! I have 2 little ones. Who are red heads. Of course, they have allergies, and break out in rashes very easily. So, I haven't been able to let my kids play on the carpets all that much. Before we had kids, we had animals... Once the kids came, the cats definitely let us know how they felt about it! By urinating everywhere, and digging at the carpet by the door frames. We also have an old dog in kidney failure. Who has made a lot of accidents, as well. Also(unfortunately), my wife was raised that animals are family. So, I've had to "compromise" with having the animals in the house(most of the time). I've tried animal cleaning products galore! But, they only mask it. Because animal urine never dries. Plus, having babies, is never good on carpets... I finally googled "Carpet Cleaning Companies in Salt Lake City", and after reading and researching. This place was the best by far! Not only in price. But, in their work as well! We also had to move my wife's family in recently. So we are tight on space. But our technician made it work! He found a lot more urine spots than even MY nose could find! He even put down some allergin spray. To help my kids be able to play on the carpet. They guarantee their animal urine spray 100%. So, if after a week, you smell anything from where they sprayed... they will come out and treat it again! I have read all of the reviews before mine, and I would completely agree with all of the positive reviews! I wouldn't say my expectations were exceeded. But, only because, I did my homework, and asked many questions to the female that I spoke to on the phone prior to my appointment. Also, I could tell that the technician was just as picky, as I am, when it came to the dedication, and cleanliness of his work! I will be using them again. For any of my future needs! Thank you guys SO MUCH! It'll be nice to have my kids play on the carpet again. Without breaking out in rashes! Small price to pay. For peace of mind!!"
