"Not at all impressed with their online "stuff" can't just browse at your leisure. 1 of the links to browse products is broken. The other ones, they want you to fill out a bunch of information before you can look at the digital catalog. If it wanted more spam and junk then I would. But I want to browse some things before I decide to jump into that. Not at all user friendly for the small guy. Seems they only want to cater to the big companies. Guess we will see how they handle that. So far, not impressed"

I was able to find what I was looking for and am very happy with the purchases. I was also given recommendations about what types of cleaning agents would be ideal for our facility. "If you're a company looking to get your cleaning machines serviced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They will not show up on the scheduled day. When you call to find out why the tech didnt show up, the call goes to voicemail. Nobody will return your phone calls, not even Jared the regional service manager. Wasted a month trying to get our floor scrubber serviced. Ended up calling complete supply company in Spanish fork. They had a tech at our facility in two hours and the scrubber was fixed in an hour."
