We had a sick puppy, ending up with some bad stains on two couches. Justin pretreated, then cleaned both couches expertly, even cleaning a couple spots on the area rug I hadn't asked for. He was able to come out quickly within a couple days, he was punctual, he took his time and really did a good job leaving the carpet looking amazing.
