"I bring all my children here. Absolutely love Robin Johnson. My kids adore her as she adores them. Gets on there level to speak to them and interacts with them. She is Absolutely the best! Her nurse Lauren is also the sweetest! I've been seen before even without an appt just as a walk in and have been treated wonderfuly from front desk to the back staff. Easy to make appts as well and rescheduling is also easy!"

"If I could give them no stars I would. Been scheduled for appts and twice go to the appt to be told there is no appt scheduled. Not only did I have to waste my sick leave at work, I didn’t get to see a doctor and possibly more than likely have a kidney stone that I haven’t passed and hurting on top of it. For them to just say I need to reschedule once yet again. No wonder everyone in town goes else where or has stopped going due to issue with mercy on division in Guthrie. I’ve been to mercy in the city for years never had any issue till dealing with this mercy clinic."

"Little backstory, my son’s father is under investigation by Dhs for medical neglect. My son had ENT surgery to correct mild sleep apnea and airway obstruction, resulting in removing his tonsils, adenoids and a tube in 10/22. Today after my son’s father, refusing to take him to a real pediatrician, we were forced to see Robin Johnson. Mrs.Johnson Did a brief examination of my son said she didn’t see any immediate need for my son to see an ENT when I explained the situation she made the statement that “she understood and that she Wouldn’t make a referral, but insurance may not pay for it because it had been so long”. Shortly after I left there, I got a phone call from the DHS investigator stating that Miss Johnson Had sent them a letter stating that she wrote a referral only on my persistence, but there was no medical need for my son to see an ENT despite missing his surgical follow up appointment and his follow up hearing test and sleep study test. Outside of her blunt switch up of opinion from oh yes, I could understand your concern, too. I was just being a persistence. Nonsense was slightly concerning. But the major concern is that she is willing to take the liability to discredit a ENT specialist and his follow up procedures and Protocol. I contacted the clinic to try to file a complaint with the medical Director or PA johnson supervisor however, it was late in the day on Friday and I didn’t hear back. However, I will form a complaint with every channel of mercy that I need to. Even more concerning, is that dad to allegedly medically neglected son is also a patient of this provider Clinic. And instead of suggesting a different provider, see the child or simply letting the ENT specialist decide because my son didn’t actively have an infection or an obstructive airway issue at the moment, she was all too willing to discredit my concerns from the neglect of following up with Post surgical appointments. And possibly jeopardize Dhs is investigation."
