"Had trouble with the operation if one of the washing machines. It charged my card but they wouldn't refund. They told me to come back and staff usually will issue credit to another load. But that isn't what I wanted. I cashed my bank and they took care of. I used change abs it worked. Which is cheaper anyway."

"It was a little cheaper to not use a credit card. I got quarters. Their machine broke as I was putting money in. After putting three dollars in quarters it stopped registering. I tried using my credit card and it did not work. I tried getting a car wash with a credit card, and it did not work. I swiped a bunch of times before the laundry machine worked. I hope they don’t charge me all the times that I swiped and it did not work: All the other machines were out of order. It was an absolutely frustrating experience.I had $1.75 extra quarters because I got exact change and ended up having to use credit card because the machine ate three dollars worth of quarters. I gave it to the kids to play. The candy machine mike and Ike ate their quarters. The games were all broken. It was very frustrating considering we came here because of the high reviews."

"The best laundromat in town. The machines are working & some of the machines are more modern. I would encourage to bring money for quarters as the card reader charges an additional $1.00+. We’ve been all over the country and have never seen that, But whatever. The floor is absolutely filthy, I mean FILTH & no we did not come on a Sunday. I hope the owner or manager reads this as constructive criticism & improves the floor cleanliness or upgrades the floor to something other than carpet as It would greatly improve their ratings and customer satisfaction. Overall I will be back to do my laundry here."

"We have used Raindance Laundry twice in the past two weeks, August/September 2018. Easy access off Main Street in Cedar City, Utah. Ample parking in front of laundry with automatic doors. I especially like that when my arms are full of clothes! We like the variety of sizes of machines from a small load to a very large load that allows us to wash our comforter. The place is clean and well tended. Prices seem reasonable. The bathroom is very clean. There is also a carwash next door associated with this business. We will go back again to RAINDANCE LAUNDRY to wash our clothes."

"The driers are HORRIBLE. I spent more money trying to get my clothes dried than washing them. I ended up using 4 different driers. The detergent vending machine or the bag vending machine does NOT work. An employee will have to get it. The employee has no knowledge of the detergents. If you get a color buster, BUY a detergent with it. The detergents are $1.25. The place looks nice and that's what caught my attention. But, it's not worth the fustration, time, and quarters."
