"I wish there was a zero star! He don't deserve not even one. He lied on my report even saying I lift 50 pounds without difficulty. He is so corrupted. I thought only in my country was corruption. But I now learn that Oklahoma is even worst! Dr Pettigrew hope you are happy with your fake reports. Thank you for lying on my report. My advice do not go to him!!! Yes he works for the work insurance companies. And yes he did spent only 3 minutes in the room with me and wrote all that. He just did that same thing to my co worker."

"Doctor is Hired by insurance companies to minimize your injuries. I had 4 doctors including my spine surgeon putting work restrictions on me and he is the only one saying I don’t need any work restrictions. He spend 3 mins in the examination room and wrote a detailed report of 15 pages ."

"All the negative reviews about this doctor are true because I have personally experienced them my self when I went in for defense medical exam for my work comp case. One of the nurse there told me not to tell him much because he is going to use everything against me on the report. He is just selling the medical reports to the insurance companies He is just a waste of time"

"Worst dr ever he works for workers comp attorneys. One of those drs paid to write false reports to benefit workers comp. it’s sad when other doctors say all his reports sound the same. Don’t know how he has a practice still. He has a background of Lying. A quick google search of his background will show you he has a record. Also his assistant tries to befriend you to open up with her to use it all against you don’t fall for their tricks."

"Came as a patient advocate with a patient that has a traumatic brain injury. I was asked to leave the office because apparently dr pettigrew does not allow anyone to be with a patient and was told by office staff, who refused to identify herself, to wait outside. I will also take this up with the medical board"
