"She’s a saint. The front staff is hit or miss but Dr. Dimatchi is phenomenal."
"The staff is friendly and helpful"
"I'm assuming the care is good with all of the positive reviews, but a 6 month wait for an initial appointment is not good care. I waited a good month before I called, and I was told my referral was closed because my PCM did not send the surgery post-op notes and labs over for the DR to review them. Since I was not an actual patient of thiers I could not send them (I have a copy of what they were asking for). So I had my PCM send those records. *Side note: Never once was I contacted about this. Then, once I was assured they were faxed, I waited 11 days and called again. She said the DR is still reviewing your records it takes 5-10 days (it was already past that time frame). I said ok. Then I got a call a day later. I was excited to get an appointment after the doctor reviewed my records. I was finally getting the call to help me with a problem that has severely impacted my health and quality of life. However, that excitement was crushed when the receptionist said the end of February was the earliest I could be seen. The funny thing was that it was a virtual appointment. I've not even had an in person appointment. I've waited a month or so for an appointment, not almost 6 months. Now I have to start all over again. With that being said, no one should have to wait 1/2 a year to be seen. If the doctor is booked out that far, STOP TAKING ON NEW PATIENTS."
"I had just got off the phone with the receptionist I’m assuming? I’m 31 and have been having problems with my thyroid, I have to change my clothes at least 3 times a night from sweating, it’s horrible.. Well I called the only place I’ve been recommended to and I wish I wasn’t. The lady was extremely unhelpful, especially when I explained that I do not have health insurance so I can get a quote for a full panel test. She said she has no idea, that the labs are the ones who deals with pricing. Gave me a number to the lab, but said they probably won’t give out the prices. So when I explained that I’m desperate, because I’ve been having a lot of health issues, she didn’t seem to care, she didn’t even ask about my symptoms. And said nothing when I kindly asked for any recommendations on where to go. She only then asked if I was a new patient (yes) and that they only accept recurring. So what the heck am I to do while I go through this? Because after that, she had hung up the phone in the most impolite manner. This is our health care system right now. This should NOT be ok. Now I’ll have to look at doctors in Dallas since this was the only place I trusted. If you don’t have health insurance and are a new patient, don’t come here and don’t bother calling. They will make you feel worse than you do now."
"Excellent...."
