"This company did a decent job of basic cleaning. When it comes to dusting you might as well do it yourself. If you want anything moved you better tell them, other wise they just dust around everything. Today 2 young employees were sent. They arrived at 9:25 or before and sat in their car until the appointed time of 9:30 which was fine. They were scheduled until 11:00. At 10:50 they said they were done. My husband was in the room when they dusted. He told me they hadn’t moved anything but just dusted in front. I assumed they would be truthful and say they had not moved things. They had 10 minutes left so I figured they still had time. When I asked if they had moved the pictures, I was surprised when she hesitated and then said she had moved the pictures to dust. I didn’t want to call her a lier so I let it go. After they left I checked the shelves and there was so much dust. They didn’t even touch the end tables. We also noted that they sat in their car until 11:00. I made sure I told the owner they finished at 10:50. She then told me she pinged them at our location until 11:00. I let her know they were sitting in their car until 11:00. The owner didn’t apologize but gave me a small refund for the time and told me to find a new cleaning company. I don’t appreciate dishonesty. These girls lied about the dusting and misrepresented their time. I WILL find a new cleaning company."
