"They dropped off flyers in our neighborhood offering window washing services. I contacted them to schedule our window washing but never heard from them, twice. Do not offer services you are unwilling to provide! Very poor customer service. Not even a “sorry we are too busy”. I called the first week and talked with a woman who took down my request and said I would get an email. I didn’t hear anything. The next week I filled out the on line form and also didn’t hear back. No voice messages, no emails in either my inbox or junk mail. Nothing, twice."

"I do not use this company, nor will I ever. Our next door neighbor is a manager for them and whenever this company comes and cuts his lawn they always mess something up. Their favorite thing is messing with the storm drain. They kept moving it and cause a huge flood in our basement. My husband replaced the drain pipe and screwed it in place so they wouldn't move it and flood us again. We'll now they have damaged this new pipe. They are a terrible company that has cause us $1,000 of dollars in damages and will not take ownership of their mistakes. I would not recommend. Your manager Carson Cox knew all about it. The only thing that was offered was to make us dinner. I figured if he's a manger and that's the response, contacting you will get me nowhere. You don't take accountability for the issues your team causes."

"We have used Everything Exterior for a full year and our yard has never looked better. They have been responsive to any special requests and show up like clockwork for the weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance; they are reliable and thorough. They work around what I want to do in my yard, and cheerfully do all the chores that I don't always keep up on. We have been completely satisfied."

"I was really excited and hoped for a great experience but when it's all said and done this was a solid 3 star experience. We signed up for the whole package including screen cleaning. I'm not sure how they were cleaning the screens, but they're not clean. My wife said she saw them hitting the screens against the grass to knock the dirt off, but I'm assuming they were using some kind of brush or similar. Either way it did not clean the screens. We live out in the valley where it is very windy and dusty and we were looking forward to clean screens. But they were not adequately cleaned. The windows look great but they were just squeegee dried, which means there is a border around the edges and bottom of water that was not actually dried. The guy was very quick and did a good job but didn't ask us for feedback when he was done. He just loaded his truck and took off without talking to us. We signed a year contract so we will see how the rest of the year goes, but I'm pretty sad the screens weren't cleaned as my future services don't include this. Update: I was told they use a different screen cleaning method in the spring and summer time including pressurized water and brushes. They are going to perform this service with my spring window washing free of charge. That will bring this review to 5 stars as long as they follow through."

"We've had Christmas lights put on our house for the last 3 years. They come timely to install, are quick and do an excellent job. Removal is the same and whenever a light has gone out we call and the they come replace it right away. Very much recommend their service, especially if you don't like climbing on steep roofs!!"
