"I went to an event in Terlton in October 2023, paid for my OMMA card to be updated & here we are in March 2024, & My application still has never been submitted to OMMA. OMMA told me to reach out the person that submitted my application & she has not responded. I reached out to the doctor, & he told me to contact Better Bloom, I have called and left voicemails & have had no response. This is not okay! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!"

"I was seen by a doctor & approved in November, it is now March. I never got my card so I called them the end of December I was told I would need to wait a while longer & call back. I still hadn’t received my card by mid-January so I called them again, & again, & again because they would not answer the phone or emails. The voicemail says it cannot accept any voicemails. When I finally got ahold of them they told me to wait again, I asked if they could verify the address they input on the application & sure enough, it was wrong. My address that I gave them over the phone & on my drivers license is correct. They told me that I would have to request a replacement card. I asked how to do so & They “walked” me thru it & once I got to the final page on the website it said I would have to pay $22.50 informed them I would NOT be paying for their mess up. They assured me it would be taken care of. Please remember this was mid-January. I have only been able to get someone to answer once, I explained it to her, she once again assured me it would be taken care of. I have since had to call them almost daily with no answer. Do not waste your time or money!"

"Horrible!!!! Do not use. I paid the money for my daughter to see the Dr. she's a minor so $70. We saw the doctor, and he signed off on it. I have not received the form. They will not answer emails texts or calls. It's been over 2 months. I just want my money back or my form so my daughter can get her license. I think I'm gonna call OMMA and speak to them about this company. This is just ridiculous."

"I’ve been waiting since march 21st they appearantly lost my application after I already paid and now I’m not getting a call back. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. the med card drives they have come to your city are super cheap and fast"

"Great people to work with! The whole process of renewing my license was so easy! Turned in all the necessary paperwork and pictures.. spoke to the doctor, and was finished so quickly. The price to see the doctor is one of the best in Oklahoma. Definitely would recommend that you check this place out!"
