"I was a patient of Dr. Mac Moore, he was an excellent physician. However, do not pay them any money you do not know you owe. I knew I had met my deductible but kept getting collection notices becasue someone on the billing side couldn't figure out how to bill the insurance and they had applied the balance due to the deductible even though it had been met. I finally paid them 100.00 to keep from going to collection. My insurance also paid the 100. in Nov 2012. I am still trying to get refund of the 100. that is over paid and it is now June 2013. Don't pay unless you know you owe you will never get your money back!!!! I guess I will need to report this to my insurance carrier and whoever else I can find to get this taken care of."
