When you sign up for our service, we will clean your bins on your next trash day, as soon as tomorrow. If there is still trash in the bins when we arrive, we will take care of it. Our goal is to provide you with the cleanest bins on your street, and if you are not satisfied with our service, we will make it right.
Payment is processed at the time of cleaning, not on a specific date. For one-time cleanings, payment is collected upon sign-up. We ask that you commit to a one-year subscription, and if cancellation occurs before one year, there will be a $20 fee.
