"Horrible experience with administrative staff. I was referred to Dr. P by several by my friends and my previous doctor, after almost 40 years with him. (He retired) I wasted 5 weeks of my time waiting to get set up as a new patient. I finally gave up after speaking to ‘Kristen’ numerous times. I found her to be totally incompetent as well as coming across with a ‘could care less attitude’ It seems from the reviews Dr. P is a good doctor, however I wonder if he realizes that the front of the office is the face of his business, and the face is less than pleasant."

"I’ve been a patient at this office for 2 years. I just got on Medicare with my secondary insurance with Humana. The receptionist argued with me for 10 min insisting that Humana was not a secondary insurance! I had Humana on the phone but she would not talk to them. She was not at all concerned that I told her I would find a new Dr. If I could talk to someone competent I would tell them they have a very rude and disrespectful receptionist and that it cost them a patient."

"Not only did I leave confused but I left irritated with a front receptionist for her ugly tone. I scheduled and even confirmed ONE appointment for both of my children only to be told that they don’t accept new patients after 10 and nurses leave for lunch at 11:30. So why was I scheduled for 11:30? Beats me. Only received ONE text message that I CONFIRMED. No exceptions were made and I left irritated with my time wasted."

"Dr. P is a very caring doctor. My kids and I adore him. He’s kind and Carew for his patients. Unfortunately, he’s just gotten so busy. It’s like 1-2 months out for appts even a basic checkup for my son. Makes me sad."
