"It’s a cute shop, and they offer a lot more than most places. However, I came in for a haircut today and the lady was kind, but didn’t seem to understand what I asked for. I asked for some of the bulk of the sides and back of my head to be taken off, but she took it all off and shaved too high on my neck. I don’t love my hairline, so I only asked for an inch off the top of my head. For context, my hair was just about long enough to go past my nose when wet. Now it doesn’t even meet my eyebrows. Haircuts should improve confidence, not take away. I genuinely don’t want to leave the house with this. I’m sure this isn’t most people’s experience, as it seems like a well ran place, but this was mine."

"Man this place is nice. Love the atmosphere, barbers are nice and friendly and make you feel like you are part of their tight family. Austin who cut my hair this morning around 11am was a fantastic barber. I had somewhat of an idea of what i wanted, and he just let his skills rip! For sure will be a long time customer here! Keep dping your thing guys, I woulsnt be surprised if yall got bigger in time! Highly recommend!"

"Took my 12yr old son to Black Cat Barbers for a trim and saw Jazmine. I booked last minute because school picture day snuck up on us. I showed her a picture of a past haircut he’d had and wanted something similar. She did a great job and my son and I are happy. As a bonus they had and adorable little dog at the shop. I will always 100% choose the place with a dog!"

"First time customer (Well my husband, Corey) He booked a beard, hair and nose & ear wax with Chloe. Now first off I have a issue with women cutting his beard/hair not for jealousy but many have forgotten small details that come with cutting mens hair and I have had to "touch up" areas but Chloe hit everything and then I noticed she was constantly checking and preening him. We don't live in the area but are in from time to time and will be having him come back. Ladies your man will come home smelling amazing and looking fine!
