"I stayed with Hilton for the first time at this location in Lehi. The front desk agent was confused about creating a walk-in reservation, but he eventually checked me in after seeking help. However, within an hour of arriving in my room, I saw a bug on the bed and immediately called the front desk. When his GM arrived to address the issue, she only offered to move rooms despite not apologizing once or acknowledging my concern."
"Beware, this hotel will over book you and then offer to get you a room at another one of their hotels that are almost 2x the price. If you decline that, they will offer to cancel your reservation without any penalties, how noble of them. Total lack of integrity or concern for guest"
"Seriously loved our stay here, very family friendly. The pool was great, they even had a game area with board games in the lobby. Breakfast had both your standard cereal options and hot items like eggs and sausage. My only real complaint was how thin the walls are, you can easily hear your neighbors conversations at a normal speaking level, and when that neighbors either stays up later than you or is up much earlier than you want to be it's not ideal."
"This was a nice small type Hotel. It was in a good location. Awesome breakfast choices. Coffee available all day but it was actually quite weak. Small pool and hot tub. We were in a two queen bed room. The beds are basically mattresses in a box. They were not very comfortable. The pillows on my bed were very strange. I would mush it together to get some volume and as soon as I put my head on it it would go flat! I do like the fact that they had the large containers of soap shampoo and body wash that you squeeze to get out what you need. Seems much more Earth friendly than the little individual bottles. I was a little dissatisfied with the cleanliness. There was crumbs or something outside of our room and they were there for 3 days. They must not vacuum the Halls daily. All the staff we interacted with were really awesome though. Based on the uncomfortableness of the beds I don't know if I would stay here again. Also there are no closets. Only some Hooks and a couple hangers to have your clothes hanging out in the open. I stayed here five nights and would have preferred something a little higher end."
"Location is great. Close to the freeway and Thanksgiving Point. Our kids love the staff and amenities! Ages 9 and 5 were both happily entertained. We had space to play cards downstairs, watch a show with dinner, play pool, swim and hot tub, and use the exercise room. Alexis was so sweet when we accidentally spilled hot chocolate. She rushed to the rescue to clean up. She was so friendly and engaging with our kids. Our daughter even said she would miss Alexis! A huge thank you to the staff."
