"We have been bringing our dogs to Ruffledale's for boarding or daycare for several years off and on. The employees and facility is wonderful. They are always kind, willing to answer questions, and loving towards our dogs. The facility is clean, and always well maintained. Having used other daycares that are quick to place blame on the owners, Ruffledale's is the exact opposite. They are ALWAYS trying to make things right. We have been told several times--"we are doing this free of charge" when they definitely could have charged us (our dogs are not the easiest). They are not out to nickel and dime the customer like other local dog facilities. That means something. That is why we keep going back. Highly recommend."
