"I don't recommend this business. It's been a week that I'm trying to reach someone via email or phone to follow up on an order I placed online as I saw no shipping updates after 10 days of placing the order. No response to my two emails and multiple phone calls. I'm going to cancel the order."

"Vevano was uncommunicative when I had questions about an order I placed. They did not respond to any outreach I made through email, Instagram or phone. I left two voicemails, which neither were returned. When I canceled my order, they did not respond and only canceled it after I disputed the charge through my bank. It took them 30 days to “officially” cancel my order. I would not recommend buying from Vevano."

"Just submitted a fraud claim as I ordered two Kohler sinks which was debited on my account. I received no confirmation. Called back the number on my statement which is not a working number. I called the Vevano two main numbers which go immediately to hold or voicemail Have not heard back. Not even sure that this is legit company. Got charged again for nothing I have received. Will not answer phone or respond."

"I purchased a sink that I would possibly need for a kitchen remodel. I was able to salvage the original sink and I tried to get a return address for the sink I purchased from Vevano. They mentioned on their site that if I call them , they would provide a return address. I get a customer support in India, that say they will help forward our request to the direct department. It’s been over three weeks and I can’t get the information requested, even after over 10 phone calls and multiple emails. Their customer support is non existent. Don’t use this company for their products or so called customer support ."

"We used Vevano design services for our kitchen remodel. Alyssa and her team were wonderful! They were able to provide 3-D designs and tiered pricing on items needed for our budget. I like that they give 3 price points for fixtures with no pressure to purchase anything. They are based out of state for us, but we seamlessly used their design to use with a local cabinet maker and brought it to life. Really very smooth stress-free process. Highly recommend thank you!"
