"Friendly, helpful Customer Services; excellent location @ hiher elevation located in Aspen Grove and pond in easy walking distance. Quiet & peaceful. Shopping within walking distance."
"We spent almost 2 weeks here and could not be more pleased with the site, location, recreation and wildlife! We especially loved being visited by a marmot family and hummingbirds. Also cannot give enough praise and thanks to Patty, the owner of this beautiful facility. When we had to cancel a future stay due to unforeseen circumstances Patty was kind, understanding and accommodating. We will definitely be returning!!!"
"The spaces are very large and usable but only water, sewer and electric for services. No bathrooms or showers. The utility construction should be finished soon. That will be a great improvement all by itself. The village itself doesn't have much to offer, but if you are in an RV you pretty much have everything you need."
"Nice big space but no wifi, bathroom or laundry room. Rather expensive for no amenities. Temperature was cold and pipe froze since we were over 8000ft in elevation. Glad for sunny days and have temp high enough to thaw the pipes. Will keep tap dripping tonight."
"This was a nice place to stay with all the hook ups for the trailer/RV. Had wildlife walk right by our trailer door and also a short walk to a fishing spot. My daughters had a wonderful time exploring. Perfect for a base camp and then sight see from there. We did Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Navajo Lake, Panguitch Lake and had a great time. Not too long of a drive! Beautiful Scenery."
