"Why does anyone buy here? I got impatient and wanted an item same day rather than wait a few days for Amazon to deliver. The item didn’t work as needed so I tried to return the item, well within the return period. So far it has been a total nightmare because the item was purchased with TAP — their systems can’t look up purchases from tap. Because that makes sense. Oh and you can’t talk to your local store. They route everything to off shore call center. So that is fun too. My advice. Be patient and wait for a delivery from Amazon. Steer clear of Best Buy."

"I would give 5 stars, but I expected the rep that was helping us in the store to actually know what they were talking about. We asked if the speakers for our home theater that we were buying came with wires already, and we were told they did. When we got home to test them out... no wires in the box at all! I looked up the product on the website and it states there what is in the box. I'm not sure why the rep didn't just say they didn't know, or look it up in the system. It meant another trip back to the store. We were disappointed that we had to wait to set it up. But at least the speakers are what we expected."

"Drove 45 mins to get some cameras installed. I called and told them I was running a couple mins behind. When I got there the installation guy was super rude and said it was up to him if I could be late or not. He was rude from the minute I walked in. Not friendly. And told me they couldn’t reschedule for 3 weeks. No other people or vehicles waiting."
