"Jen & Shalia couldn't have been more amazing--what a unique, warm and wonderful place! Our tent was beautifully decorated and there were touches of home everywhere. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast every morning was delicious and the carrots for the horses was a super fun addition to our tray. The barn was a fun place to relax and enjoy drinks and music and meet others staying on the grounds. The landscape surrounding us was absolutely stunning. We were about 20 minutes from Zion NP. Our hosts gave us wonderful suggestions for food and were proactive in giving us information prior to arrival. It was quick and easy to communicate with them. HIGHLY recommend Zion on the 9!!"

"Absolutely AMAZING!! 100% recommend! Everything was perfect from the personal touches, great communication, location, Amenities, and more! Great breakfast provided every morning. It was our anniversary, and they had a beautiful personal note wishing us a happy anniversary, along with a great bottle of Cab, wine glasses and decanter. Loved feeding the horses every morning. I can't say enough great things about Jennifer, Shaila, and their place. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back♥️"

"This place is absolutely lovely, full of so many thoughtful touches, and it all stems from how amazing the hosts are. They are such a cute couple, and we loved talking with them, and meeting their adorable dogs! The property is gorgeous and has so many amenities: Pool, hot tub, friendly horses to feed, a smoker to cook with, a kitchenette in the barn, a movie projector in the hayloft, a small "bar" with free beers from past guests, and an IR Sauna (for a fee). They bring fresh breakfast to your tent in the morning, and it is always delicious. But even more than the amenities, the customer service is what sets this place apart from all others. When my disabled partner had trouble sleeping on the mattress in one tent, they upgraded us to another tent that was super comfy, and we ended up extending our stay because it was so nice! I would recommend this place to anyone, it is a destination in and of itself, and one of the closest places to Zion you can stay in other than the park itself, and much nicer. I'd especially recommend Zion on the 9 to the queer and neurodiverse communities, because the hosts will make sure you feel truly welcomed."

"I want to thank the hosts from the bottom of my heart for their empathy, kindness, and understanding. I've never had such great customer service from any airbnb or hotel before. It's a rare thing to find a safe space as a transgender person, much less as a neurodiverse individual. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. The location is fantastic, the breakfast each morning is really nice, the barn is such a cool place to hang out, and their smoker is amazing to cook with. oh and the horses will love you for feeding them carrots, and the hot tub, IR sauna, and pool are delightful after long hikes."

"Magical place! The hosts were so lovely and accommodating. Amazing shared spaces that have such a wonderful and unique vibe and wonderful private airstream, with AC and a view of the paddocks. Pool and spa nice and close and ready to use at all times. And breakfast delivered right to our front door and we got to share it with the horses. A dream. Looking forward to our next stay."
