"Boyle’s has a variety of appliances to check out in their store, as well as a wide selection on their website. Dealing with their employees was a positive experience, always happy to help and very friendly. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lack of communication from order to delivery. Both appliances we purchased were delivered nearly a month after the expected delivery date. It would have been better to receive a realistic delivery date rather than one that ‘sounded good’. Both appliances were purchased during winter so some delays are not surprising or their fault. The frustrating part, aside from the initial unrealistic delivery date, was the lack of communication. I had to call regularly to find out what my new expected delivery date was and I was never informed that my last appliance made it to the store. I had to call them to find out and it could have been sitting in the shop for a week for all I know. An update of their communication systems customer side would easily clear up our frustration. All that being said, we would shop at Boyle’s again."

"The owner steve helped me and was extremely knowledgeable, very kind and patient. Help me understand what was probably going on with my current refrigerator and whether or not it was worth fixing it. He helped me with measurements for a new one that I was looking at to confirm it would fit and I ended up buying the refrigerator feeling very confident I had made the correct decision. This is a family owned business. It has been in the family since 1856. What an amazing feeling to support a company like this, so rare to find anymore."

"I can't say enough about Boyles! We have purchased 3 appliances from them and they are AMAZING. They go above and beyond to help their customers. We picked up one of our appliances at their warehouse and they were even awesome there! Best customer service we've ever received from any company. We've worked with Spencer the most and he communicates with you through the entire process. We will never buy from another appliance company, even if the other was cheaper. I'd rather spend my money with Boyles just for the experience. I recommend them 200% over and over."
