"I Love shopping at Michaels and have ever since they went by Michaels MJ Design. I stopped in for some yarn and crochet hooks especially since they were on sale but there wasn't a great variety of colors for the yarn I needed well let's just say there were 4 colors. There was no staff available on the floor to ask if they had any questions too and the ones at the registers were too busy to help. I'm giving this 4 stars for the lack of stock during a sale and being it was before the holidays there should have been more staff to help people find things and answer questions. Other than that it would definitely have been a 5 star review and the staff at the registers were very helpful and friendly even though they were extremely busy they had smiles on their faces."
"Michael's is often a terrific craft store with goodies for most projects. However, they have recently disappointed me in numerous ways. Shelves are empty and items are out of stock. The cashiers are professional and courteous, but there are no salespeople in the departments to help me find things or to suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items. Coupons don't work the way they should. Sale prices are not valid for picky reasons. I will be going to competitor stores until things get better, if they ever do."
"I love coming here for all DIY projects arts and crafts and just random stuff I see online. I especially love the dragon figures they have, they cost an arm and a leg but look very cool"
"This store is absolutely falling apart. Their stuff above the shelves is stacked so dangerously high I felt endegared just walking past it. The aisles were a mess and looked like they hadn't been touched in several weeks. The two employees I was able to find were too busy on their phones to assist anyone. They also had several pallets of freight and trash just sitting at the front! It's a shame to see this store go downhill so fast from a change in management."
