"Second time I give this place a 1 star. Was first in line and waiting. Steped out for a couple of seconds to place my jacket in my vehicle (parked right in front of the store). The lady decided to get the seond and third before me in that moment. They should disable the online checking option if they do not honor it."

"The Sports Clips I go to in CH on the Ft Union Raceway is very customer service oriented. All of their staff are extremely friendly, attentive and they listen to their customers. I’ve been getting my haircut there for over a year now. I prefer to use the same stylist every time."

"The haircut itself is fine, I would prefer a better fade finish. But I think the time it would take isn't there since it can be really busy and the stylists feel rushed, understandable. The real problem is that the MVP status haircut isn't worth it at this location. The wash lasted maybe 2 minutes. Most of it was getting the chair comfortable. The towel barely got on my face, and then the wash and massage were done. There was no time to relax. The additional shoulder massage wasn't their either. It lasted maybe 10 seconds for both sides. It took longer to put the towel on for the extra massage. I felt rushed the whole way through, and it feels like some stylists aren't comfortable with giving the MVP service. Compared to the SLC, Draper, and South Jordan locations, the service just wasn't there. Thank you for your time."

"Tell you WHATTTTT. I KNOW it cost a little extra to go here. I hate paying for haircuts. But I have lived in 8 states and always go to sport clips because you know what? They’re consistent. Period. Great training must be important because I’m never disappointed. And uh, the head massages my guy. That’s all that matters. My elementary aged son will only go here because he knows that mid cut.. he’s stepping back into a little bit of heaven. THE ONLY problem…. It doesn’t last long enough…. Round of applause for sports clips nationwide. And quite snaps for my girl Chanelle over there on fort Union!!!"

"I went in and I got a great quality haircut which I bet the barbers are trained professionals. They then can also wash your hair while there is a hot steamed towel on your face. Overall, highly recommend for sports fans and non sports fans, because I still enjoyed it even though I don't really like sports."
