"I got my vehicle insured with National General and I was happy with the service at the beginning but I was looking for gap coverage and National General does not provide GAP coverage so I started looking for other auto insurance companies and I found one where I was able to get GAP coverage. I cancelled my policy with National General and I was told I would have to pay $50 cancellation fee because I cancelled my policy before the end of contract. This is such a rip off. No other auto insurance companies charge you cancellation fee for cancelling before the end of contract. You are allowed to cancel whenever you want and no questions are asked. They even give you a refund after calculating how much you paid, how many days you were insured and what the remaining balance is. I am never going back to National General again"

"This office building is very beautiful. I was in in National General Insurance Company Office for some business and I really loved the atmosphere. The Security Officer was very nice and friendly. He was really very professional. The area was generally very nice and quiet. It is around the Galleria Mall area. I really loved the area and the office building"
