Sol Agave

"We had a much better experience at the American Fork location. We tried the meal for two ("Taste of Sol Agave"), and for $75, we had fairly high expectations. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The food came out cold, under-seasoned, and with a hefty serving of veggies, but somewhat skimpy serving of meat. The cheese wasn't even melted, and we had to ask for salt and pepper. It continued to cool off quickly, as there was a noticeable draft of air flowing through the restaurant from the air vents or open windows. When we mentioned these things to our server, he said he'd check to see what could be done, but ultimately, nothing was done about it. The location was nice (but loud), and the food was decent, but nowhere near as good as our first experience at the other location. Next time, we'll go back there, and go back to ordering the enchiladas."

"My partner was familiar with this restaurant because of the work he does for the State. It was date night & I let him choose the place & surprise me. We do love Mexican food more than any other type...so I was excited when I realized his choice was the Sol Agave. What was even better was the food was delicious. We honestly weren't super hungry so we only ordered appetizers, drinks & a dessert...but omg! It was amazing. We definitely have to go back."

"Prior to this evening, I had never had a gourmet Mexican meal outside of Mexico. And I'm happy to report that Sol Agave is every bit as good or better than any meal I've had in Mexico. The food, service, and atmosphere were all superb. We will definitely be back to try some of their other dishes and to get another serving of their amazing butter cake!"

"Just wow. We were seated immediately upon walking in at our reservation time and greeted before we could even open the menu. The drinks were incredible, food recs by our amazing waitress Miriam were spot on, we were all full by the time we got our entrees but could not stop eating because it was all too good. This restaurant is both classy and casual-meant for everyone. Definitely will be back because there’s so much more I want to try!"

"Indulged in the delectable prawn enchilada, the taste was heavenly, and the portions were satisfyingly filling. The warm and inviting ambience added to the experience. Our Sunday visit at 1 pm found the place pleasantly uncrowded. The prices align well with the scrumptious flavors – for five people, each enjoying an entree, the bill totaled a reasonable $120. Worth every penny for a delightful dining experience."
