"Can't get in so don't know what to rate your business. Hours posted online, on their door- yet the doors are locked durum these hours? Is this a business or a hobby business with times posted only accurate if company says so? Things happen. We get that. But also know that we are planning our "off" time to support small businesses such as yourself and it's a waste of our time (isn't all time precious?) to wait on you to open - past your posted time."

"UPDATED* My daughter and I had a nice first experience with Susan (the owner), and so I booked a private Girl Scout Event with her at the shop. Unfortunately, her husband became ill and I asked if we needed to reschedule. She assured me the class would still happen. The day of the event she sent me an email to ask if we could reschedule. I happened to be traveling from out of state to get back in time and didn't see the email until I arrived with all of the girls attending, only to findthe shop was locked. Susan had my phone number and never called to follow up on her email or call after that to apologize for no-showing. I emailed her to let her know about my disappointment and never received an email back. This unfortunate situation has caused me not return to the store, and my daughter will not be doing another class there. I completely understand needing to reschedule due to a medical emergency, but the lack of communication and apology for the blatant disrespect of an entire group coming to support a small female owned business really made me upset."
