"Literally amazing! My youngest started there this past March and I was terrified to put him in daycare. As soon as I toured the center with him in tow and met the Director and teachers, I instantly knew he was safe. He is on the shyer side and did not really stray too far from my side at this time, but he did not want to leave after the tour. He was so happy starting from day one and made so many new friends. He blossomed not only socially but academically as well, he learned so much there it has helped so much with him starting Pre-k. We were welcomed and felt like a part of a family especially when my two oldest went for the summer. They had so many fun things planned for them to do!! I could never express my love and gratitude (in words) to the director and the ladies that work at the center!! They hold a very special place in my heart, and I could not be happier with the decision to choose them. I would do it all over again a million times."
"Gosh, so many red flags; I don’t know where to begin. My son started here in October 2021. So many things started happening. They have signs everywhere that stays no parents or visitors past a certain point. Even though they swear they have an open door policy. They allow certain parents to go where ever they’d like to; while others just have to stand there until someone realizes you are there to pick up your child. Teachers are always on their phones and always rude and short. My son isn’t fully potty trained, so I received a flyer/newsletter stating he will be moved to the 2 year old room. Which wasn’t a good a idea. They are on the USDA food program, I asked if I could bring in a lunch every now and then. They stated they would get kicked off the program. Which after speaking to the program spokesperson, I deemed that a lie. You can’t get in contact with the director ever, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls; very short with you. My son isn’t perfect, we have some behavioral issues. However they became far worse at this center. I would have to pick him up what seemed like once weekly; because they couldn’t figure him out. The staff steals things parents give them and then blame the parent for misplacing the item. They absolutely refuse to show video footage of the bad behavior that happens. They food they provide is absolutely not nutritional at all. They send home poop filled underwear in a baggie instead of dumping out the poop in the toilet. As a director with 30 years experience. You should be able to handle one difficult child. No security in place at all."
"Absolutely one of the best Daycares out there. It's Family owned and operated. They are definitely hands on! They are more than caring, easy to work with, Completely felt safe with them taking care of my newborn. I know my daughter loves it. She is 1+ year now. She gets upset when she cant go. I have nothing negative to say!"
"I do not recommend this daycare. My kids started here because they needed somewhere to go. There were several red flags from the beginning (that I ignored). The teachers have their cell phones out all the time, the teachers yell at the children, the “director” is rude, very unprofessional and is only physically at the school for maybe 5 hrs a day. This school is located a couple blocks from a homeless shelter. There is NO security at the school, NONE. They do not allow any parents to enter past the main entrance. They called me 4 days in a row to tell me my 3 year old was misbehaving and I had to go pick her up from daycare. I asked to see video, they told me I couldn’t see the videos. I asked to come and watch (secretly) her behavior so I could see for myself (recommendation from the owner) and the director ignored me. They lied and wrongfully terminated my kids the day after I asked for proof of what was happening."
"My best friends mom owns this daycare and ive seen her on facetime and i could see the background and the quality looked AMAZING! if you have a little child i would 10/10 recommend! plus the staff is so nice and caring"
