"I tried working here for a short period of time but they do not care about their staff. Do not give the proper training that is required for a daycare. Never sends in your paper work to DHS, does not make sure you have any training if that. There needs to be older caregivers in the infant room, because teenagers cannot care for babies the way they need to be cared for. And apparently can’t keep staff."

"When we first toured all about kids, we immediately thought this was the best place for our daughter, 6 months old. After about a month we started to have a few problems. Everyday they write on a white board what the child eats. One week we noticed that out daughter came home with food that the daycare had said she had eaten. We thought to ourselves maybe we messed up with how many we had sent. Just in case though we started numbering each bottle and each food container we had sent with her. It happened again a few weeks later and we addressed it with the provider in the room. After that it didn't happen happen again for a few more weeks. On the third occasion it happened we reached out to the owner (very accessible which was a plus) and brought our concerns up. She spoke with the provider in the room and we were told it was a mistake, and that our daughter didn’t eat all her breakfast so they saved it and gave it to her for lunch. We accepted that answer, but said please just keep better notes so we could all be on the same page. Around the End of March / Beginning of April our daughter came home with what appeared to be finger nail marks on the inside of her arm, as if she was grabbed hard. The very next day it happened again. We contacted the owner who reviewed the cameras and she said it was done by another child. She offered to show us the cameras but we trusted her assessment and let it go. At the beginning of may we contacted her and asked if she would like a two week notice if we decided to remove our daughter from daycare. She said no and that she knew there were some “issues” but thought we had gotten passed them. I told her we had but we were interviewing Nanny’s for 1 on 1 care. She asked if there were reasons why. I provided the reasoning behind it and that was the end of the conversation. Last week we received a message saying our 10 month old was being moved to the 1 yr old room due to her not having enough staff. Our daughter did not do well in that room. Upon pick up the provider in that room said she cried so hard she vomited all over herself multiple times. She said in this room it is 8 kids to 1 adult so it can be a rough adjustment for new babies. Considering my daughter was not supposed to move up until the end of June it was rough. She isn’t even crawling yet, just scooting that is why her being in a room with the 4-1 ratio was important. We contacted the owner and she assured us that our daughter would adjust. She stayed in this room the rest of the week. We found a Nanny this weekend. But she couldn’t start until Tuesday. I contacted the owner on Sunday night and told her my daughters last day would be Monday. She wrote me an email that stated she was not allowed to come on Monday because it was not fair that I didn’t provide 2 week notice and that I made accusations against her staff. Moving kids up that aren’t ready because you can’t maintain a staff is a problem. For a daycare that came highly recommended, I am sad that this was the type of treatment we got for bringing issues we had to the owners attention. Especially when she asked for the feed back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"We've been going to All About Kids since July and absolutely love everyone there. You often see kids running up to the owner and other teachers giving them hugs. We've never had any issues. I especially love that you have to have a code to get in to the building. I also like that each room is an individual room and not a large open space that is sectioned off. They also have a safe room for tornadoes which is a must for Moore. Their play areas are awesome. They have 3 separate areas for different age ranges that are fenced off and you can be certain that when the weather isn't bad, they have plenty of outdoor play which is wonderful. I often hear other teachers saying good bye to my daughter even though she's not in there room and they always know her name. This makes me feel good. I have yet to see or hear anything negative about the place. I really don't have anything negative to say about this place. We love All About Kids and are so happy we chose them!"

"Our son started going to All About Kids when he was three years old. This week he will be graduating from kindergarten there. I can't say enough positive things about Nancy (the owner) and her staff. They have always been caring, supportive, and kind to my son. The kindergarten teacher (Ms. Gold) is certified in early childhood development and so is Nancy. This was very important to us because we were unable to get into an all day kindergarten program in the Moore schools. We decided to have him attend class at All About Kids, and we are so glad we did. I feel that Ms. Gold cares about each one of her students and they all love her. She is also always available via phone, email, or if you want to drop in and chat. He is now more than ready to move to first grade in the Moore school system. I'll list a few points that we really liked about AAC to make it easy to decide if you are on the fence about taking your child there. Nancy (the owner/director) lives on the property next to the school and she is there every day open to close. She is extremely busy but will always take time to answer questions, take phone calls etc. She has had the kindergarten program running for two years now and has had the same teacher the whole time so far. They follow the Moore school system curriculum and schedule. The preschool teacher has been there for at least 4 years that I know of and she is great too. She seems to have very low turnover. I have seen mostly the same employees the while time we have been going there. It is super, super clean. We toured a few other centers before we decided on AAC and it was by far the cleanest of them all. They have a full time cook and an actual kitchen. My son likes the food and very rarely asks us to pack him a lunch for school. Not sure how she does it, but Nancy knows all of the kids names and most if not all the parents names too. If we are blessed with another child AAC will be the only place I will take him/her."
