"We love Kid Care Collective! We started going when my youngest was 2 months old. I love that they baby wear! Almost every time I pick the kids up my baby is being cuddled, which makes me feel so comforted. They are attentive to my kids, text me updates and ask questions on how to potentially help my kiddos if they are not behaving normal/not sleeping/drinking bottle, etc. My toddler always looks forward to going. We always take our own snacks and meals but you do have an option to purchase if you want. There are cameras so you can watch your kids if that makes you more comfortable. I always like to make an appointment before dropping off but you don't have to. I tell everyone about them and think they are geniuses for offering this type of day care services!!!"

"An absolute joke. Twice I’ve called and made a reservation and then called and confirmed the reservation for them to tell me the day of, or day before that they were going to be closed. For example, I made a reservation for 11/24 months in advance. Then called a second time to confirm they were open and my reservation was locked in. Then today, 11/22 I was notified they would not be open. Rather than doing anything to make it right they just said “sorry, we posted it in our Facebook”. Why did you take the reservation in the first place? Why did you then confirm the reservation a second time? You cost my family hundreds of dollars."

"We used their services because we were in town for a wedding. I wish there was a business like this in Virginia. The sign up was so easy and they really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable dropping off our children (2 and 1 at the time) The thing I loved most was they are able to baby wear and when my littlest needed some extra TLC they scooped him and gave him it. I loved the camera accessibility and how responsive they were when we checked in on them. Will absolutely use them again!"

"As a parent to a child with Autism, I am extremely picky about where I drop my child off. Spontaneity Kid Care has far exceeded my expectations! I love that they have cameras so I can see my kids. The staff is absolutely amazing and pay attention to all of the kids in their care. The management is super quick to respond if I have any questions. I never have to worry about my 3 kids at all. They are the village I needed!"
