"Talk about the rudest front desk lady ever. I called this morning to ask a couple questions about the child care program, and she was completely rude and wouldn't answer any of my questions. I thought maybe she's having a bad day. I'll stop in like she suggested because she would give me ANY information over the phone. I also had my mother in law call some of the local day cares and she said the lady at the YMCA was so rude to me. Coincidence ? I think not. As I went in I was not greeted, and walked right in. I asked questions about these infant programs the blonde curly haired lady continues to be super rude, and show me a packet that's about 15 pages long. She is the same lady from the phone calls judging by her voice. I asked what all these extra fees were for m, she showed me another piece of paper that listed all the things the supply fee covered. Items on this list included scissors, paper, tissues, and Writing utensils. A baby doesn't need any of these items and when I pointed that out the same lady didn't have an explanation. The infant rate was $575? a month, registration fee, and a supply fee. Needless to say my baby won't be going there. If I was a secret shopper the YMCA would have failed. The lady at the front needs a serious attitude adjustment."
