"My daughter went here for a little while, at first everything seemed fine. Lots of pictures of playtime. My child wasn’t always happy to go there when I would drop her off there being her first time in daycare I didn’t really understand why she felt this way. She’s non speaking. Some months went by and the owner of the Daycare had to be out in the facility had some sick workers due to Covid and they were sending kids home and There were only two male employees there when I dropped my child off one morning, they informed me that they were short staffed and we’re sending home kids that could go home. Unfortunately, I had no choice as a single mother I had to go to work. I picked my daughter up later on that day. I noticed that she seemed really spaced out very quiet not like her self in the car on the way home. I got her home and proceeded to Change her diaper. She absolutely went crazy. Would not let me do anything that needed to be done not take her pants off not change the diaper. She was three when this took place. I followed all precaution and contacted authorities, took my child into the ER. Got everyone involved that I could. The Daycare has cameras, but I am sure they’re not in every area of the daycare. In fact, I remember whenever I toured the there were rooms off to the side, they did not have any cameras. I don’t know exactly what happened to my daughter the authorities could not find anything on camera. All I know is that I have a mothers intuition, and that something was very off with my child. She has never again since that incident ever behaved that way, and never before has she ever behave that way. I have since moved her to a new daycare and she is always happy to go there. Other things that I noticed at this daycare, that are not an issue at her new daycare are the fact that she doesn’t come home super thirsty, acting like she hasn’t had anything to drink all day, her face and hands are clean. In The Burkbunett, Daycare they would often left my child run around, barefooted her feet would be filthy. Her hands and face would be filthy, and she would come home hungry and very thirsty. I know there are limited childcare services in burkburnett, and that makes it very difficult to find a good one they actually cares, and the best one in town stays full. Just pay attention if you’ve got your kids in this daycare."
