"Our family has a time share here. We love coming up around thanksgiving. When it’s snowing, it really feels like you are secluded and it’s beautiful. Kind of a The Shining vibe, but without any scary old ladies and I haven’t ever seen Jack Nicholson here."
"We always love our stay at Iron Blosam! The staff is extremely friendly and all ran out to shovel our cars out of the snow!! The whole week there we were well taken care of with fun activities and beautiful views! Steve, John, Meg, Jake, Jed and everyone else was amazing!"
"I stayed here on an Interval International exchange. DO NOT stay here if you are trying to avoid children. Every time I left my room it was like walking onto the set of Lord of the Flies. A bunch of 3-15 year olds running around with no parents in sight. It didn't bother me. Luckily the walls are thick concrete (this place is built like a bomb shelter with windows) so noise in the room wasn't a problem. The staff are very chill and helpful. For the most part this was a great place. There were a few things missing from the kitchen that I expected. An oven mitt or potholder was one of them. The ironing board in my room was pretty tattered. One of the bathrooms had a faucet out of adjustment so that it only got slightly warm water. The other bathroom shower got nice and hot but had a subpar showerhead with weak pressure. The steam sauna was great, but the spa is not hot enough for my liking. It's more like a warm bath. The sauna changing area lockers are all missing keys or broken. Positive: Great location, thick walls, good staff, heated pool, steam and dry saunas, FAST wi-fi. Neutral: So-so parking, immediate trail access lacking, parentless kid hoards, aging trim and decor. Negative: Showers need work, kitchen missing accessories, spa not hot."
"Service was great yet season hadn't started so not many there, but those who were were amazing. Rooms are good but basic. Location is perfect, pools and gym as well as saunas are wonderful, the kid pool is an amazing bonus."
"Beautiful property! We were left this time share by a dear uncle and have spent week #39 here the past 2 years. Unsupervised children run these halls deep into the early morning hours. We need to figure out how to switch our week."
