"When it comes to bonds, just go somewhere else. These people don’t know what they’re doing. Priscilla got real defensive when I told her my situation(after waiting idle for a month due to their error). Instead of her trying to fix it, she gave me a number to call so I could figure out the issue myself. The issue was Janna not filling out the paperwork properly. Yet I was made to feel as if it was my fault. Do better. And if you don’t want to deal with “rude customers” don’t be rude first. Hello. Common sense. I gave them back what was given to me and they didn’t like it. They are always sitting at their desk eating and get upset when they have to do their job. This was my first and last time dealing with this company."
