"Do not place order online if the store is not open. They somehow can not fill orders the next day? They take the order send email confirmation then contact you and say oh we were closed? Then close your online site when you close store. Funny I can order from every store out there that maybe closed and they fill my order."

"I never do this and I am the most in un- confrontational person on this planet. But the girl working that checked me out was very very rude, and not helpful in the slightest. How she treated me was not okay especially in the customer service industry, I hope she can treat others better from now on. I won’t ever go to this location again because of my experience, I was shocked. I didn’t get her name but she was younger and had shorter reddish brown hair. Her cashier number is 670682 for anyone who is interested or for any employees/ management who can help and see this."

"I freaking love this store. Yes its smaller but that staff make it so great. Every visit has always been so good. The girls there arnt your typical snooty salon girls. And the manager valin is hands down one of the greatist people ive met in this industry. Shes helped me so much in the store and in such a genuine way. I also do alot of shopping online and if there is a problem shes always quick to fix it."

"Small store, the girl working there was on her phone THE WHOLE time I was in the store and made me feel like I was bothering her and interrupting her day. Super disappointed. Will not be going to Salon Centric, from now on I will be going to another supplier for sure."

"The manager is so nice. She didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. This location doesn't have some products like nail lights etc. but they were so willing to order it for me. Love this location. Love the girls who work there."
