"The studio is really cute and I loved my hydraluxe facial. But there is no receptionist. I’ve gone in twice to get a gift card and waited over 20 minutes both times before leaving. I understand the door says “by appointment only” and the staff are in treatments, but how is anyone supposed to come in to buy product or gift cards? That’s a service lost."

"I've had 2 facials, one with Kelly and one with Camille. Both of them were out of this world. I'm a trauma nurse and find it incredibly hard to relax, so I'm not kidding when I say that I get to a near meditative state during these facials because I'm so relaxed.
