"The studio is really cute and I loved my hydraluxe facial. But there is no receptionist. I’ve gone in twice to get a gift card and waited over 20 minutes both times before leaving. I understand the door says “by appointment only” and the staff are in treatments, but how is anyone supposed to come in to buy product or gift cards? That’s a service lost."
"I've had 2 facials, one with Kelly and one with Camille. Both of them were out of this world. I'm a trauma nurse and find it incredibly hard to relax, so I'm not kidding when I say that I get to a near meditative state during these facials because I'm so relaxed. The autumn glow facial was an absolutely insane experience. The scents, the feeling of my skin after, and the soothing atmosphere.. it was perfect. I plan on making this my self care routine.
