"The owners were very nice. It was clean & comfortable. But I’m not happy with my nails. I wanted a full set with shellac. She insisted I got powder. My nails are crooked & 7 out of 10 have a deep dip in the center of the nail. My pedicure was very minimal. And polish is already rubbing off my toes. No shellac. I paid 95$. Gave her 20$ in cash for a 10$ tip. Didn’t get any change. The three stars are for the salon & the way they treated me. Very nice. But not happy with nails at all. I was leaving to go overseas the next day. Now I have to have them removed or fixed somehow."

"This was my first time trying them and jade did my nails. First off she was way too rough with the buffing I thought that my nails would've came off. Second off I got burned and my friend got denied her design she wanted so she went with a simpler design and the still messed it up and she also got cut. I'm not very pleased with jades nails and spa. My nails should not be flat and bumpy!"

"Had a natural manicure and pedicure. Great care was given. For me, the polish is like a cherry on a sundae, I want the core work of cuticle trim and nail form to be the most important. It was spot on..very pleased..I will return."

"I have used this salon for over 2 years. Until recently i had great service and my nails always looked great. But the last 4 months my nails have not been great but 2 weeks ago i got the worst nails I have ever had. I always do the powder dip and this time (as i had several times before) i asked for just color tips... she didnt get all the old color off so it looked like my nails were dirty...they were wavy and uneven. There were spots where the hardner didnt get applied so they were rough and brittle. The quality went down when they started bringing their daughter and sometimes she is not well behaved so then the techs are distracted. Unfortunately with the steady decline in quality i will not be returning. I went to another salon today and realized that the quality has been less then desired longer than i realized because i wanted to be loyal. They are very sweet and caring people but with the distraction of their child being in the salon the sacrifice is made by the customer."

"Love this salon! Jimmy and Vivian definitely pamper me and it is so relaxing! I've had surgery on one foot and was very hesitant about letting someone work on that foot, but Jimmy always remembers and is very careful with that foot and has never hurt me. Awesome couple and service is worth the price."
