"They did an amazing job, our dog looked so cute BUT he did have a whole cotton ball shoved down his ear that we were not informed of. It was irresponsible, we have been taking our dog to the different sydnees throughout the valley for almost three years, and never has this happened. It was a good haircut but lacked responsibility. Please do better and check their ears before sending them home."

"Took my Golden Retriever to this place…. NEVER AGAIN. When we booked we told the lady on the phone that we needed our dog trimmed especially on the butt, tummy, tail and ears. When I went to pick him up, he was trimmed only On his back. No butt, no tummy, no tail. she told me she couldn’t cut his hair by his bum because she was nervous she would clip his balls. So they essentially charged us 75 bucks for a shampoo and a botched trim on his body. He looks like he has a bowl cut. We will not be returning."

"I've been meaning to review for a while now, I take my service dog, Malcolm (Newfypoo) here to get groomed and have nothing but good things to say! The staff is so nice and the groomers always do a good job. Malcolm is never scared or nervous to go here and always is so excited to show me his new haircut when I go to pick him up! They have scented products you can choose from or unscented if you're concerned about skin sensitivity. They also give them the cutest little bandanas after every appointment! Great place, and a great price as well. :)"
