"Nikki and Rebecca went above and beyond to try and get my insurance policy changed. When the builder I worked for told me I had to use my personal vehicle to go and check on all the homes that our building I had to let my insurance company know so I could be properly insured. When the company let me go, stating “you’re not a good fit “I had to remove the work clause because now my vehicle is strictly for personal use. My insurer needed a letter from my previous company to verify I was no longer employed. It took them over 24 hours to send an email, and although I had requested it several times, a MAX had to request it as well. Thanks so much for all your help a MAX."
