"I went here for a girls day with my mom and sisters. We all had different things in mind of what we wanted and the staff (with the exception of one guy who was very sweet, and awesome to work with) acted like we were bothering them because we wanted cute nails. One of my sisters asked for a black and red strip on the nails before we even got started and they forgot about it. Then when she asked if they could add what she wanted in the first place, the owner came up to me and asked to change the amount on my total after we had already paid because they didn't listen to the wants of the customer. After we left I noticed that I had nail polish all over the underside of my fingers and that they didn't put the finishing protective coat over my nails. We were so upset with the treatment and definitely won't be returning to this establishment!"

"The nails themselves are not terrible. I have issues with the treatment and the neglect once they get rushed. It’s not my fault they are not staffed. I made and apt and everything was going fine except that they don’t like to communicate or be personable with you. Anyways, apparently I didn’t leave one hand in the dryer long enough and he had to re do 4 nails. ONE person was waiting and they started rushing me and not putting the quality into my nails. I left with nail polish all over my fingers and areas missed as well as, bubbles under the polish. When I said something I was told to “just wash your hands” I did- the color was still there. So I got an eye roll and the lady at the front wiped some off. When I brought up the bubbling again it was ignored and they swiped my card. I will not be back."
