"Horribly rude customer service! I have never talked to someone more rude or condescending. They called with an issue about a form I filled out. I tried to explain the date must have updated wrong, putting in the date I wrote the form instead of the expiration date and the women I spoke too just kept talking down to me like an idiot. She was beyond angry that there was a simple mistake and acted like calling me was the biggest waste of time and inconvenience ever. I understand it is probably tedious work, but seriously have some kind of class and actually talk to me like a fellow human being. Geez."

"Only open on the weekdays, because dogs don't get loose on the weekends. Called to inform of 2 lost dogs roaming neighborhood. they welcomed me to keep them at my house...no thanks, why do we pay taxes? Dogs never get loose on the weekends apparently!"

"For some unknown reason lost dogs always seem to stop at my home. It's possible that it is because I am on a corner. Since we have lived in Roy over 13 dogs have come to us for help and 13 dogs have been reunited with their owners. Most had tags and contact information but there were a few that did not so we had to contact Animal Control. Not only were they prompt with stopping by they also took the time to contact me once the pets were picked up by their owners."
