I was able to set the appt quick and convenient in their website at the same day… You can notice how she took the time to really file my nails good! None of the tips or the sides are crooked, I am really impressed with her work! Definitely will be back!"

"I have enjoyed American nails for 2 years. I am becoming disenchanted with this business as I feel like the employees no longer care for their patrons. In the beginning the employees were very welcoming. I felt I had a relationship with my artist. Now I am not greeted at all and the artist is on the phone talking to someone else the entire time. I feel invisible and like I am intruding on their space. I used to enjoy coming to the spa. Sadly that bright time in my day has disappeared. I work 40+ I get it, it is hard to be on all of the time. But work is work. I do my best to care for my patrons. Is it too much to expect the same?"
