"I’ve been coming here for the last 6 months and it’s been a positive experience although it takes 2 hours to get a pedicure. Last weekend, I treated my partner to a pedi and, again it took us 2 hours. My toes were painted and they looked like a child did it. I asked for them to be redone and they did without question. However my partner had been complaining about his toes hurting since the pedicure and it turns out they are completely infected all along his nail line on both feet. They clearly didn’t clean the tools properly. He ended up having to see a dr to get antibiotics. When I asked for a refund, they refused."

"I have tried multiple times to give these guys a chance as the location is great and the salon is clean and comfortable. While their service is lovely, they insist you take free soda, water and candy upon arrival, the actual services are not great. I went in simply to have my gel polish soaked off and get a manicure with no polish. To say it was rough would be an understatement. She used a dirty electric file that cut my cuticle and made me bleed. I now have sore cuticles which make doing the simplest tasks uncomfortable. And after cutting me I understandably was tense, she kept pushing my fingers down and telling me to relax. I really wish they would hire some more help as the three (mother, father, son) have a hard time communicating and are not properly trained."

"This was the best manicure experience I've had in a long time. I had my old gel polish taken off, new gel polish out on. But the experience and the reasonable prices will bring me back They had availability right away when I called. I was greeted at the door by name and offered drinks and Taffy. The attention to detail to each nail was incredible. He made sure I was happy with each change he was making, even length and exact shape. There's a lot of places that don't check in with you and you're kind of at their mercy. I also got a hand/arm massage, wax thing, and hot towel. He couldn't get my wedding ring off for the wax, so wrapped it in a paper towel to protect it and cleaned the little that got on there afterwards. He was very kind and polite throughout the experience. He even opened the door for me on my way out. I spent an hour there on a Wednesday morning, I am definitely coming back for another mini spa day! I'm terrible at photos, but the color and shape and coverage are all perfect."

"Most of the time I don’t rate service or food places. This spa is a hide gems. The service was very good. My pedicure was perfect and to find a good place for pedicure in Utah is so hard now. They offer free drinks, great massage and very friendly staff ."

"I had an amazing experience here! Anna did both my manicure and pedicure. She was very kind and did a fabulous job. The salon was very clean inside and they made sure you had something to drink while you were there. They are very straightforward with pricing and calculate everything at the end with you! I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends!"
